4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India. H2O-K aims to process and ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier or logistics issues.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened skincare/beauty products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product and require proof of purchase (and unboxing proof for damaged/defective products).

Refunds will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the request.
